Unimech submits application for listing of Indonesian unit

Unimech Group Bhd has submitted its application for the proposed listing of its 85%-owned unit PT Arita Prima Indonesia (API) to PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX). In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Unimech said API’s initial public offering (IPO) involves a public issue of up to 275m new shares of 100 rupiah (3.18 sen) each in API, representing approximately 25.6% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of API, at an issue price to be determined later.

Unimech said upon successful completion of the proposed public issue, API proposes to seek admission to the IDX and the listing of and quotation for its entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of up to 107.5bn rupiah (about RM34.1ml), comprising 1.075bn API shares, on the IDX. (Starbiz)
